The Ethics of Diversity & Inclusion

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to assist risk management and insurance professionals consider ethical reasons for creating and developing diverse teams in the workplace. The course will provide insight on some of the ethical dilemmas and conflicts involved in creating diverse teams and will review research on the business case for diversity. The course will address corporate and business ethics, the difference between laws, morals and ethics and ethical behavior of an organization in terms of hiring and procurement of services.
