NAAIA DFW Foundation
The NAAIA DFW Foundation, a 501c3 entity, was founded to award educational scholarships to minority students at the high school and college levels within North Texas. Established on October 1, 2013, the Foundation emerged five years subsequent to the local NAAIA DFW Chapter’s inception. A significant partnership was formed with the Dallas Foundation on January 7, 2020, culminating in the creation of the NAAIA DFW Foundation Fund—an endowed fund. This fund serves as a vehicle for the local chapter to advance its commitment to fostering diversity and enticing young talent into the insurance industry.
The establishment of the NAAIA DFW Foundation Fund is a testament to the diligent work of the NAAIA DFW Chapter’s leadership, its members, and the magnanimity of our partners in the industry. The collective efforts have yielded substantial scholarship funds for students passionate about risk management and insurance. The endowment fund’s inception marks our aspiration to perpetuate this support for future generations.
