The NAAIA DFW Foundation (the Foundation) is a 501c3 organization established to provide academic scholarships to minority college students maintaining a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.  The Foundation was created October 1, 2013, five years after the establishment of the local NAAIA DFW chapter. On January 7, 2020, the Foundation partnered with the Dallas Foundation to officially establish an endowed fund, the NAAIA DFW Foundation Fund.   The Fund provides a way for our local chapter to further its mission to help promote diversity and draw young professionals to this rewarding and exciting industry. 

 

The NAAIA DFW Foundation Fund is the result of the hard efforts of the local chapter’s leaders, members and the generosity of our industry partners. These efforts have produced over $20,000 in scholarships to students with an interest in risk management and insurance. With the creation of the endowment fund, it is our hope to continue to do so for generations to come.
